• 1 bunch Romaine lettuce, chopped 

• 1 head cauliflower, chopped fine 

• 3 stalks celery, thinly chopped 

• 2 C Mayo 

• 1/2 C grated Parmesan 

• 1/3 C sugar 

• 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumpled 

• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese 

• 3 green onions, chopped 

Cook or chop items, as noted. Assemble salad by placing lettuce in bottom of large bowl, followed by cauliflower then celery. In a small bowl mix mayo, Parmesan and sugar together. Spread evenly over salad. Sprinkle bacon on top, followed by shredded cheese, then green onions.
