• 1 pound bag of baby pretzels or pretzel sticks

1/2 tsp each:

• Cayenne pepper

• Garlic powder

• Fines herds, ground or flakes

• Garlic salt 

• Ground anise seeds

• Ground fennel, optional but adds a very interesting flavor

1 tsp each:

• Ground black pepper

• Dry mustard

• Chili powder

• Lemon pepper

• Ground Ancho chili peppers 

• Ground Chipotle peppers 

• 4/S (special seasoned) salt 

• 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp ranch Dressing 

• 3/4 C oil (olive, corn, etc.) 

• 1 gallon-sized Ziploc

Add pretzels to Ziploc bag. Pour oil into a small bowl. Stir in spices, whisk until thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture into the pretzels, scraping the bowl as clean as possible. Seal the bag and tumble gently to thoroughly coat the pretzels. Once or twice an hour over the next several hours, tumble the bag to coat all the pretzels and let stand overnight. The next day, pour into individual containers or a large bowl.
