• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 1/2 C vegetable oil
• 1/2 C water
• 1/2 C rum
• 4 eggs
Mix all ingredients well. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans or walnuts in the bottom of the Bundt pan and add the cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until done. Do not remove from pan.
GLAZE
• 1/2 lb powderd sugar
• 1 stick butter
• Dab of water
• 1/2 C rum
Put in pan and cook until melted, add rum and remove from heat. Pour mixture over the cake in the Bundt pan until it soaks up all the liquid and then turn onto serving plate.
