• Box of brownie mix of your choosing – follow instructions for baking and cool.
• 1 large box of instant chocolate pudding – follow directions and allow to set up.
• 1 Large tub of cool whip
Using a trifle dish, crumble a layer of cooled brownies, add a layer of pudding and a layer of cool whip. Repeat all layers ending with the cool whip, until the dish is full. Serve as is or add chocolate sprinkles, shaved dark chocolate or chocolate curls to the top.
Variation: Pour instant coffee over the brownies while cooling and before crumbling for a richer, espresso taste.
