Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix

1 2/3 C coconut

1 C milk

1 package instant vanilla pudding

1/4 C powdered sugar

1 tub whipped topping

Directions:

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, add 2/3 C of coconut. Bake as directed, cool and remove from pan. Pour milk in a medium bowl, add powdered sugar and pudding mix. Beat with a whisk for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Gently stir in whipped topping and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Stir in remaining coconut and spread on cake. Store in the refrigerator.
