OFN Staff Favorite

• 2 C cooked elbow macaroni

• 1/2 mayonnaise

• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1/4 tsp celery seed

• 1 diced tomato

• 1 C diced celery

• 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper 

Mix mayo, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Combine with macaroni, celery seed, tomato, celery and green pepper. Chill for 24 hours before serving.
