In Memory of Sue Cook, Lebanon, Mo.

• 1 29-ounce can peaches, sliced and drained

• 5 slices white bread

• 2 Tbsp flour

• 1 egg, beaten

• 1 stick butter, melted

Cut off crust and cut each slice of bread in 5 strips. Place bread slices on top of peaches. Mix flour, egg and butter and pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until brown.
