• 3 eggs

• 1 1/2 C sugar

• 2 Tbsp flour

• 4 Tbsp water

• Pinch of salt

Place cut up rhubarb into a deep-dish pie crust. Mix above ingredients well and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving.
