CRUST:
• 1/3 C butter melted
• 14-16 squares of grahman crackers
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and press into a pie pan.
FILLING:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/3 C lemon juice
Beat ingredients together. Pour on top of crust and place in the refrigerator to set up. Put a can of pie filling on top before serving. Cherry and blueberry are good choices.
