• 1 1/2 C Wesson oil
• 2 C sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 C chopped apples
• 1 C nuts
• 3 C flour
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 C Angel flake coconut
Mix all ingredients together and pour into tube cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
