• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 C shopped onion
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
• 3 Tbsp taco seasoning
• 1 C salsa
• 1 C cheddar cheese
• 1/2 C Bisquick
• 1 C milk
• 2 eggs
Cook hamburger and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper, taco seasoning and salsa. Spread in a large pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix, bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
