• 1 medium head of cabbage

• 1 green pepper

• 1 onion

Chop well and mix together and move into a large bowl with a lid. 

DRESSING

• 3/4 C sugar

• 1/4 C vinegar

• 1/2 C vegetable oil

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp dry mustard

• 1 tsp celery seed

Sprinkle sugar over cabbage mixture. Combine vinegar, oil, salt and seasonings in a saucepan. Boil 3 minutes and pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Refrigerate for 24 hours, mixing once or twice.
