Ingredients:

1 C. margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

1 C. oil or Crisco

4 C. flour

1 C. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 C. powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:

First, beat the margarine and Crisco together. Then add the eggs and vanilla. Finally, blend in the sugars. Then mix the dry ingredients. Next, add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly. Chill, preferably in a crock bowl. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
