Ingredients:

1 round angel food cake

3 C. heavy cream, whipped (frozen whipped topping should work well as well)

1/3 C. powdered sugar

1/4 C. crushed pineapple, drained

1 C. strawberries, sliced.

6 marshmallows, cut into pieces.

Directions:

Slice about an inch off the top of the cake and remove cake from the center to make a tunnel. Beat together the cream and powered sugar. Put about half of the whipped cream mixture in the cake tunnel. Mix remaining ingredients and layer on top of whipped cream mixture. Replace top and frost with remaining whipped cream mixture.
