5 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 small box instant pudding (your favorite flavor)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 large carton of Half and Half
Beat eggs, then add sugar, pudding, vanilla, salt and Half and Half. Mix well and pour in ice cream freezer, then add enough milk until it reaches the fill line. This is great made ahead of time and put in the freezer until ready to serve.
