• 1 can whole corn

• 1 can cream corn

• 1 onion

• 1 stick butter

• 1 box Jiffy corn bread

• 8 ounces sour cream

• 8 ounces shredded cheese

• 2 eggs, beaten

Sauté onion in butter. In a bowl, add all ingredients. Place mixture in a long baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
