• 2 lbs shredded has browns-thawed
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 C butter-melted
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 can cream of potato soup (or any cream of soup will work)
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 C shredded cheese
Reserve 1/2 C of cheese for the top. Stir together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
