• 1 pound ground beef
• 3/4 C uncooked rice
• 1 can (10.75 ounces) tomato soup
• 1 C water
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 1/2 C chopped onions
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Pepper to taste
Brown beef, drain fat and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add rice (uncooked). Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over rice and beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice is tender. Top with shredded cheese.
