• 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

• 1 green pepper, chopped

• Diced red onion to taste

• 2 C grated cheddar cheese

• 1 C mayonnaise

• 1 bag (9 1/4 ounces) Chili Cheese Fritos, crushed

Mix corn, green pepper, onion cheese and mayo. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add most of the Fritos. Note: Fritos become soggy, so only mix in the amount you plan to eat.
