Ingredients:
• 1/2 C unsalted butter, melted
• 2/3 C sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 C buttermilk, room temperature
• 2 C yellow cornmeal
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 can (15 ounces) cream style corn
• 1 can (15 ounces) sweet corn, drained
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs and buttermilk. Fold in the remaining ingredients with a spatula. Pour into a greased baking dish (9-by-13) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
