• 1 quart luke warm water

• 1 C sugar

• 1 C vegetable oil

• 2 tsp salt

• 3 Tbsp yeast

• 10 to 12 C flour


Mix water, sugar, oil, salt, yeast and 6 C flour. Allow mixture to stand until it foams. Add the rest of the flour. Kneed every 5 minutes for 30 minutes, flipping over each time. After 30 minutes, cover and let mixture stand for 30 minutes. Separate dough and place into greased loaf pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
