• 2 C milk
• 1/2 C butter (1 stick), melted
• 1/2 C honey
• 2 pkgs Rapid Rise yeast
• 2 C whole wheat flour
• 4 C all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs, beaten
Scald milk, cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in milk. Add melted butter and honey. Mix in whole wheat flour and beaten eggs. Add white flour. Knead until easy to handle. Put in greased bowl and let rise to double its size. Punch down. Pinch off balls and knead to bun size. Place on greased cookie sheet side by side. Let rise to double its size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
