• 2 lb sausage, uncooked
• 2 C Bisquick (or the Red Lobster biscuit mix)
• 2 C shredded cheese (grated block cheese works best)
Mix all ingredients (a stand mixer with a paddle works well) and firmly roll them by hand or use a small ice cream scoop and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Once pan is full, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated 400-degree oven until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
