• 1 lb. orange slices
• 2 C sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 lb. light brown sugar
• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 C chopped nuts (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla
Cut orange slices in small pieces and add to flour and salt in mixing bowl. Toss lightly to coat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut in bars and roll in sugar when cool (optional to roll in sugar).
