• 1/4 pound chocolate
• 3 Tbsp water
• 4 eggs-seperated
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
• 1 1/2 to 2 C whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Vanilla wafer cookies
Melt chocolate and water in double boilers; add egg yolks, brown sugar and cream cheese. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and whipped egg whites. Eat with crushed wafer cookies.
