History of the Business: “We are both cattle farmers and we have also always grown and processed poultry, beef and pork for our family. We saw a need and decided if we could be competitive, we should sell it to the public and have easy delivery options.”

What are some of the most popular products and/or services offered? “Our Bacon is a real winner! Super thick cut and wonderful! Our Beef is all dry aged and of the highest quality! We also sell chicken that is 100% Alpha-Gal Safe!! Most meat chickens from birth are fed with a cheap protein source in pig and cow blood meal and bone meal. If you have Alpha-gal, the meat can still cause many issues from what the animal has eaten growing up.”
Future plans: “We just expanded into a mobile sales trailer and hopefully one day will have a brick-and-mortar storefront.”
