• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

• 1 Tbsp salt

• 2 Tbsp dry minced onion

• 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

• 1 C pecans, chopped

Mix first four ingredients; then shape into a ball. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and wrap ball; chill ball for a few hours. Roll ball in pecans before serving with crackers.
