• 5 pounds chicken wings

• 1 jar (12 ounces) apricot preserves

• 1 C soy sauce

• 2 cloves garlic, minced (can use 1 tsp minced garlic from a jar)

• 1 tsp ground ginger

• 1 large Ziplock bag

Clean, rinse and pat dry chicken wings. Cut each wing into two pieces at the joint. Place in the bag. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken and mix well. Marinate for three hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove and discard bag and sauce. Grill wings over medium heat for 25 minutes, turning once; or bake on a rack in an edged pan.
