• 2 Tbsp mayo
• 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 C grapes halved
• 1 C apples diced
• 1 C celery diced
• 1/4 C parsley
• 1 C toasted walnuts
Whisk together the mayo, yogurt and lemon juice. Fold in everything but the nuts until just combined. Top with walnuts and chill for at least one hour.
