• 2 C crushed graham crackers
• 1 C peanut butter
• 3 C powdered sugar
• 2 sticks butter
• 1 C chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp butter or vegetable oil
Mix graham crackers, peanut butter, two sticks butter and powdered sugar by hand. Press into a 9-by-13 baking dish. Melt chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp butter or vegetable oil. Pour over crust and chill. Cut into squares.
