• 2 C flour
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp cream or tarter
• 3/4 C milk (room temperature)
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 C butter
In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add butter and milk; do not over mix. Drop tablespoons of the batter on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
