• 4 chicken breasts or a while chicken, cooked and deboned

• 8 ounces cream cheese

• 1 C sour cream

• 1 can diced green chilies

• 1 diced onion, sautéed in butter

• A pinch Cayenne pepper

• Salt to taste

• A dash Tabasco

• 8 to 12 flour tortillas

• 1 pound grated mozzarella cheese

• 1/2 C whipping cream


Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, onion and salt. Add pepper and Tabasco to taste. Cook on low heat until mixed well and warm. Warm tortillas on an ungreased frying pan. Spread tortillas with chicken mixture, roll up and place in a 9-by-13 baking dish. Repeat. Cover with cheese and pour whipping cream evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with salsa.
