Ingredients:

1 C. halved and pitted black olives

1 C. halved and pitted green olives

1 C. halved cherry tomatoes

1 C. cubed cucumber

1/4 C. crumbled feta cheese

1/2 C. chopped walnuts

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1/4 C. chopped basil leaves (optional)

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix olives, tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl. Toss in remaining ingredients and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss. Garnish with basil leaves.
