Ingredients:

1/2 pound white American cheese

1/4 C. milk

1 Tbsp. butter

1 (4-ounce) can green chilies

1/4 tsp. cumin

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Melt cheese, milk and butter in a pan on the stove on low heat. When cheese is melted, stir in chilies, cumin, garlic salt and cayenne. Pour into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
