1 pound pork sausage

1 1/4 C. grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 C. prepared ranch salad dressing

1 small can chopped black olives

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 package wonton wrappers

1/2 C. (or less) cooking oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain sausage. Mix sausage, cheese, ranch dressing, olives and red pepper flakes together and set aside. Lightly dredge wonton wrapper in oil and gently press into cupcake pan and par bake until lightly brown or for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon 1 Tbsp. (more or less) of sausage mixture in each one; return to oven until mixture is bubbly.
