Ingredients:
1 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. oil
Directions:
Mix above ingredients in deep cake dish. Sprinkle 1 C. sugar and 1/2 C. cocoa, and pour 1 1/2 C. hot water over and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
