Ingredients:

2 (11-ounce) cans Mexican corn, drained

1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

1 (10-ounce) can Rotel, drained

1/2 C. green onions, chopped

2 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. pepper

1/3 C. mayonnaise

1/2 C. sour cream

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 drops hot sauce

1 (15-oounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then cover and chill for at least two hours. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
