Ingredients:

2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix

2 tomatoes, diced

1 small green pepper diced

3 to 4 green onions chopped

4 to 5 stripes of bacon cooked and chopped

3 hard-boiled eggs

1 C. cheddar cheese

1 quart Miracle Whip (don’t substitute)

Directions:

Make cornbread according to package directions. Cool and break cornbread into large pieces (because when you stir this it will break down more). Then add rest of ingredients give a quick stir. Add Miracle Whip enough to reach desired consistency. Keep refrigerated.
