INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp butter, melted

1/2 C gluten-free flour

1 pint blueberries

2/3 C brown sugar

2/3 C sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp gluten-free flour

1/2 C butter melted

1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Mix sugar, 1/2 C flour, butter and cinnamon together. Add the blueberries. Stir until well mixed and spread across the bottom of an 8-by-8 casserole dish or baking pan. Mix 1 tsp flour, brown sugar, salt and melted butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until the blueberries are bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
