Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef

• 1/4 tsp onion flakes

• 1 1/2 pounds Velveeta cheese

• 1 can Rotel

• 1/2 package taco seasoning

• 1 can chili beans

• 1 can mushroom soup

• 8 ounces sour cream

Directions:

Cook ground beef with onion flakes, set aside. Melt Velveeta, then add Rotel, seasoning, beans and mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly, then add sour cream. Serve with your favorite chips. Note: I use the microwave or crockpot to make mine.
