Ingredients:
1 C flour
3/4 C cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 C sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
Mix all together and then add
1 C (ish) milk
1/4 C oil
2 eggs
Directions:
Bake in an 8-inch cast iron skillet at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
