Ingredients:

1 C uncooked popcorn

2 C brown sugar

2 sticks oleo

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 C corn syrup

Salted peanuts (optional)

Directions:

Pop the popcorn and keep warm in 250-degree oven. Cook other ingredients together for 5 minutes. Add to popcorn and mix well. Add peanuts at this time, if used. Put on cookie sheet, or big pan and cook 1 hour in 250-degree oven, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
