Ingredients:

3 egg yolks

1 whole egg

3 Tbsp. cold water

2 C. flour

1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Beat egg yolks, egg and water. Add in flour and salt. Form into balls then roll out thin and cut in strips. Allow to dry for several hours. Add to favorite soup. We use these for our chicken and noodles.
