Ingredients:

5 to 7 tart apples

1 unbaked pie shell

1 C. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 C. sugar

3/4 C. flour

1/2 C. butter

Directions:

Peal and slice apples then place in the pie shell. Mix 1/2 C. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle mixture over the apples. Mix 1/2 C. sugar with flour. Cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
