11 cups sliced cucumbers (don’t peel)
2 Tbps salt

Mix together and sprinkle salt over cucumbers. Stir well and let stand 3 hours. Drain well. (Do not rinse.)

1 C white vinegar
2 C sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp mustard seed

Mix until sugar is completely dissolved (do not heat). Mix in cucumbers and spoon into freezer containers – juice and all, then, freeze. Well keep good for at least six months.
Optional: You can add other veggies with the cumbers if you like (celery, onion, green sweet peppers). Just keep the ratios of veggies to
vinegar sugar mixture.
