• 1 C cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
• 1/8 tsp pepper
DRESSING:
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 container (18 ounces) plain, low-fat yogurt
Mix well and pour dressing over vegetables before serving
