• 1/3 C sugar
• 1 small can pineapple (keep juice from pineapple and add water to make 1/3 cup)
• 1 small box of strawberry jello
• 1 small container of small curd cottage cheese
• 1 container of cool whip or whipped heavy cream
Boil sugar and juice/water mixture. Remove from heat and add the Jello and stir well until dissolved. Cool to soft set and stir in the rest of the ingredients and chill. Serve cool.
