FOR THE CAKE:

• 5 eggs

• 3/4 C of sugar

• 1/8 tsp of salt

• 1/2 tsp vanilla 

• 1 C flour

MILK MIXTURE:

• 2 C condensed milk

• 2 C evaporated milk

• 2 C table cream

• 1 tsp cinnamon 

• 1/4 tsp vanilla

TOP MERINGUE:

• 2 eggs whites

• 3/4 C sugar

• 1/8 tsp vanilla

For cake: Mix egg, sugar, salt, vanilla for 15 minutes. Slowly add flour and mix by hand. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When it is ready, poke holes on the top with a fork and add the milk mixture. Prepare the meringue and place under broiler until golden.
