• 1 unbaked pie crust

• 1 package cream cheese, soften

• 1/4 C sugar

• 4 eggs, divided

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 C pecans copped

• 1 C corn syrup

• 1/4 C brown sugar packed

Beat cream cheese, sugar, one egg and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly in pie shell, sprinkle pecans over cheese layer. Beat remaining eggs, corn syrup and brown sugar together. Pour evenly over pecans. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 degrees. Continue to bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and golden.
