• 2 C brown sugar

• 1/2 C pancake syrup

• 1 stick butter 

• Pinch cream of tarter 

• 1 tsp soda

• 5 quarts popped corn 

• 1 C salted peanuts 

Add brown sugar, pancake syrup, butter and cream of tarter to a medium sauce pan and boil for 5 minutes. Quickly stir in soda. Add peanuts to popcorn. Mix thoroughly and spread onto lightly buttered cookie sheets and put in low, 200-degree oven, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
